Greetings:  As Pastor of the Latrobe First Church of God, I am honored and blessed to be building on the foundation and rich history that past generations pass along to us today.  Their hard work and dedication to God provide a great example to us as we strive to reach the next generation with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  I strongly believe that God has great things in store for the people in this congregation as we seek God's will in each of our lives together.

About Us:  We have four wonderful children, so we understand the challenges of raising a family while seeking a healthy balance between church life, kids activities, spiritual growth, and God's call to love one another and the people in our community.  We want our church family to be one that is seeking that balance with us.   Although no one is perfect, we believe that  we all can lean on each family in our congregation for support and fellowship as we all grow closer to Jesus.

Background:  Before leaving a sales career to follow God's call to full time ministry, Barb and I were actively involved in youth ministry for a couple years, and played in a praise and worship team for several years at Harvest Community Church in Latrobe PA.  But God had more in His plan for us!  I earned a Master of Divinity degree at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.  I also served as Associate Pastor at the Mt. Pleasant Church of God for 5 years.  I am a fully ordained minister in the Churches of God, General Conference and look forward to many years shepherding the flock that God has called together here in Latrobe.
